Job Title:

  • Service Desk Specialist

TSD is looking to hire a Service Desk Specialist, with a primary focus on providing in-house and remote support to end users on a variety of hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing request queues, identifying, researching, and resolving system problems;

  • Installing, administering, and troubleshooting computer hardware/software, and peripherals on site and remotely;

  • Participating in and performing research;

  • Adhering to defined SLAs;

  • Participating in and documenting department meetings;

  • Office facility management and support;

Requirements:

  • Basic Hardware and Software installation and maintenance knowledge;

  • Previous experience with service desk systems is an advantage;

  • Any previous experience in IT will also be considered an advantage;
