German GachevskiFounder & CEO, TSD Group
German Gachevski is the founder and CEO of TSD Group. He founded the company TSD Services in 2007 after his return to Bulgaria from the USA, where he graduated from the University of Dallas with a major in Computer Science and occupied the position of software developer at a large US-based company. In 2021, German Gachevski established the TSD Group – an IT-focused group of companies currently consisting of the subsidiaries TSD Services and TSD Software. A software developer at heart, German Gachevski is also dedicated to supporting significant social and sports causes in his hometown and headquarters location of Troyan, Bulgaria.

Delyan MondeshkiEVP & COO, TSD Services
Joining TSD Services in 2012 as an investor and co-owner, Delyan Mondeshki assumed the position of Executive Vice President and COO. He manages the business operations of the company. Delyan Mondeshki contributes to TSD with his extensive experience in the IT industry and demonstrated expertise in Operations Management. He is as well responsible for Key Account Management of offshore and nearshore clients of the company.
