TSD provided Elevate with custom development services to create and deploy a new billing system based on our use of RelativityOne. The solution TSD produced for us by building advanced and complex customizations in MaxBilling radically reduced the time required to complete monthly billing activity. The three-to-five day manual process was replaced by an automated one that now takes three hours. MaxBilling eliminated the need for manual data entry, use of multiple Excel spreadsheets, and possibility of human error. Our new system is 95% faster, highly accurate, and very easy to use. The solution has enabled us to capture more revenue and speed up the billing cycle to get paid faster. The TSD team has been a true partner, and we are delighted with the results they produced.
