Our client is a US-based technological company, focused on modernizing the workplace through IT-enabled solutions that deliver value to businesses in various industries. The company provides services such as managed IT support, cloud migration, information protection and governance, cybersecurity solutions, and more.

Due to facing growing client demands, the company needed to extend its software development personnel and turned to TSD for assistance as an experienced IT staff augmentation services vendor.

The IT provider required a reliable partner that would offer continuous support in their clients’ projects while allowing them to improve and extend customers’ existing code base built on a newer technology stack.

TSD provided a good fit for the client’s requirements by offering software developers with the needed technical skills and expertise. The in-house US-based team of the company was extended with the right offshore human resources who have been efficiently contributing to its ongoing IT projects.

During our collaboration with the client so far, our developers have been engaged in four different projects of the company. For three of its customers, we built scheduled data transfer and data processing solutions along with the in-house development team of our client. The created solutions serve for warehouse logistics, convenience store loyalty systems, and oil extraction data management and processing.

The latest project we have been occupied with is an internal one of our client, which will be used to ease the process of branching out and franchising their business. The solution will aim to automate and streamline the company’s internal processes related to managing employees and client tasks.
