#1: Internship Overview
TSD Internship Program is successfully carried out annually with the purpose to provide talented university students and fresh graduates with the chance to set the start of their career in the information technology sector with a growing team of competent, highly motivated, and skillful specialists, operating from our company offices in Troyan, Plovdiv, and Sofia. Our program takes place over a period of two to four months, from June to September. TSD provides the opportunity of taking an internship in each of our departments: Software Development, Quality Assurance, System Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Administration, Branding and Design.
#2: Projects and Responsibilities
It is well known that involving interns in real-world technology projects and problem-solving situations benefits both the interns and the company in various ways. TSD interns work on actual tasks, which is an incentive to attempt something innovative that allows them to explore live assignments and see an implementation of their university education. We believe that knowledge comes through practice. Therefore, we support young talents with a great desire and enthusiasm to gain new skills.
#3: Mentorship and Guidance
We have all been in the position of fresh interns, exploring the corporate environment for the first time, and we understand how challenging this step might be. That is why we provide our interns with a mentor who guides them, provides instructions for their assigned projects, and offers feedback on their work. It is of great importance to us to contribute to both the personal and professional development of the interns. Our mentors are open to any discussions and are delighted to share advice from their extensive industry experience.
#4: Internship Benefits
In addition to the opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experience in a real working environment, TSD interns also receive remuneration during the program to further incentivize their development. Furthermore, upon successful completion of the internship, they are awarded a certificate and credits for their academic records.
