1. Vanka, how did your journey with TSD start back in 2014?Do you remember your first day?
I vividly remember my first day, it was a blend of excitement and curiosity. I dove right into the onboarding process, soaking up information about ongoing projects and the company culture. Learning from my experienced colleagues was inspiring, and their support made me feel right at home.
2. What was your role in the beginning, and where are you at right now? Can you make a comparison between then and now?
I started as a junior developer, primarily focused on back-end tasks, which laid a solid foundation for my career. Now, as a Senior software developer, my responsibilities have evolved significantly. I have transitioned from just writing code to architecting complex solutions and contributing to strategic decision-making, which has been incredibly rewarding.
3. What are the everyday challenges you face in your work, and what are the fundamental skills or personal qualities needed to deal with those challenges?
One of the main challenges is keeping pace with rapidly evolving technologies while managing tight project deadlines. To navigate these hurdles, I rely on strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication. These qualities not only help me tackle challenges but also foster a collaborative team environment.
4. What is your favorite part about working in TSD, and how does your job inspire you?
My favorite part of working at TSD is the calm and collaborative atmosphere. Collaborating with talented colleagues on innovative projects inspires me to push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.
5. What is the most important lesson you have learned over the years?
The most important lesson I have learned is the value of continuous learning. The tech landscape is constantly changing and maintaining a curious and open-minded approach has been essential for my development. 6. What does it take to become aSoftware Developer, and what would you advise the guys following your steps?
Becoming a software developer requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving. My advice for newcomers is to actively seek mentorship, engage in personal projects, and never hesitate to ask questions. Curiosity and perseverance are key to thriving in this field.
7. Why do you choose to remain a part of the TSD team after 10 years? What has the company offered to you in terms of professional development?
I chose to stay with TSD because of its supportive and stress-free environment, which allows me to focus deeply on my projects without feeling overwhelmed. The company has provided numerous opportunities for professional growth, enabling me to continuously expand my skill set.
8. Who is Ivan outside of the office, and what does he like to do for fun?
Outside of work, I am passionate about hiking, reading, and exploring new technologies. I also cherish spending quality time with family and friends, whether we are going on adventures or simply enjoying a quiet evening together.

10. How do you envision yourself in another 10 years?
