Therefore, TSD is dedicated to supplying its employees with a variety of training programs that are focused on personal and professional growth.

Empowering Our Managers and Leaders

Nowadays, all businesses and organizations need leaders who can leverage their team members’ strengths, inspire others to achieve better results and create a culture that values open communication, authenticity, and teamwork.

Consequently, we embarked on the Future Ready training program focused on the advancement of the TSD managers and leaders. The training took place in May and June 2023 at our main office in the city of Troyan. Employees from different cities had the opportunity to get more closely acquainted, exchange experiences, and strengthen their relationships. Nine of our key-position employees have gone through this program and gained new skills in the field of business communication and team effectiveness, staff motivation and engagement, time management, delegation, and prioritization, as well as emotional competence. For us, these are vital skills that contribute to the development of both our colleagues and the company. We are happy to share that we already see the application of what has been learned in practice, and the work process and communication between departments and teams are even more effective and at a higher level.

Fostering a Culture of Continuous Learning

We at TSD believe that the improvement and advancement of knowledge among all employees is crucial for achieving outstanding results. Hence, we are committed to the mission of providing opportunities for individual training to each member of the TSD family. These types of programs primarily focus on acquiring new technical knowledge and skills that enhance our colleagues and make them true professionals in their job responsibilities. Our motivation for team progress does not stop here. In October, we have planned a second training session focused on emotional intelligence and personal development, which will involve a broader range of employees.

We continuously encourage personal and professional growth among our teams. We understand the importance of colleagues feeling emotionally supported and maintaining a good quality of well-being, so we are excited to share that we are also working on creating a mental health program.

Another program we offer at TSD is IT Operations training. We believe that it is crucial to equip our team with the latest knowledge and skills, and here are the courses that some of them already completed: Azure Essentials, Windows System Administration, and Linux System Administration. These courses will not only enhance our colleagues’ abilities but also strengthen our company’s overall IT resources.

Nurturing Young Talents

TSD has also taken into consideration newly hired employees in junior positions. For example, when appointing a new Junior QA, the department manager creates a conspectus consisting of three sections. Each section covers several topics that are delivered to the trainees, who are expected to master them within a six-month timeframe. Each section should be completed within two months. To ensure completion of the training, a survey is conducted among the employees to confirm their successful realization. At the end of each section, the manager provides feedback to the trainees. Our managers and leaders are dedicated to contributing to the development of young talents and gladly share their knowledge and experience with newcomers, guiding them to grow and improve. This practice, which our employees highly value, has been established and tested over the years. We are delighted that our employee-manager relationships, as well as our overall management approach, are open and friendly.
