We have recently received great recognition for our continuous CSR efforts. TSD was honored with a Socially Responsible Strategic Management 2022 prize, which was presented to us by the Bulgarian Ministry of Labor and Social Policy during an official award ceremony on December 22nd, 2022. The award is an acknowledgment of our significant contribution to the local community as part of our corporate social responsibility approach.
Our CSR practices are focused on the following main directions:
Human Resources
- TSD’s team members have been actively engaged in our ongoing workplace giving program since 2019.
- We have been organizing various initiatives and supporting causes in favor of children with special needs.
- We have been taking different actions in support of elderly people.
Community
- We have been providing continuous support to local sports by sponsoring Chavdar Troyan Basketball Club and Chavdar Troyan Football Club.
- We have been supporting local athletes in sports such as ski orienteering, tennis, and mountain running.
- We have been collaborating with local schools and cultural institutions.
Environment
- We have initiated volunteering efforts by carrying out an afforestation action in the area of Troyan.
- We have created and put into place a TSD Green Policy including good practices aimed at preserving the environment.
