As part of our corporate social responsibility approach, being sustainable and preserving the environment are among our top priorities. Therefore, we at TSD, have been taking a number of actions aimed at environmental protection.
The TSD Green Codex is an internal policy that encompasses the green practices we have been following not only as a corporate entity but also as socially responsible individuals.
Our environmental and sustainability actions fall under the following main directions:

Separate Waste Collection
In each TSD office, we sort and collect separately paper, plastic, metal, and glass waste as we are aware of the vital importance of recycling.

Paper Use Reduction
- Paper and Wood Products
Firstly, we have contributed to the reduction of paper usage by having eliminated the use of paper coffee cups in our offices. Secondly, we have completely replaced the wooden coffee stirrers with coffee spoons.

- Electronic Documentation
We have been taking purposeful measures to drastically reduce paper use in our offices by signing documents electronically and keeping digital document copies only, when possible.

Saving Electricity
We have implemented a number of practices in our office spaces aimed at generating electricity savings. They are related to office lighting on and off hours, computer machines and monitors sleep mode, and automatic air conditioning settings according to season and time.

Organizing Eco Initiatives
Our Green Codex includes organizing and carrying out afforestation initiatives and other volunteering environmental activities annually. Those causes have been actively supported by TSD’s team members, and we plan to upgrade them further and even make them mass local events.

Office Water Filtration
We have taken measures to reduce the use of bottled water by implementing water filtration dispensers in our offices.

Virtual Team Meetings and Training
To reduce the need for traveling of our employees, we organize and carry out virtual all-hands team meetings and pieces of training whenever possible.

The TSD Green Codex features a list of useful tips on how our team members can also lead an eco-friendly lifestyle outside working hours.
Our team is committed to following the above green practices, and we plan to continue improving our efforts in contributing to the environment.
