For the fourth year in a row, TSD was acknowledged with a “Responsible Company – Responsible Employees” Silver Honor Mark, which is a recognition of our continuous commitment to supporting various social, educational, and environmental causes.
On February 22nd, we attended an official award ceremony organized by the BCause Foundation, the Bulgarian Public Relations Association, the Bulgarian Association for People Management, and the Bulgarian Association of CSR Professionals, during which we connected with other socially responsible companies and had the pleasure to receive the honorable prize.
The “Responsible Company – Responsible Employees” Silver Honor Mark is presented to us due to our ongoing workplace donation program and the variety of charitable and volunteering initiatives we organize and support throughout the year.
Some of our successfully completed CSR initiatives in 2022 are:
- Our team “planted future” during TSD’s 2022 afforestation initiative.
- We became a part of the “Golden Circle” of the Operation Teddy Bear association in support of Bulgarian disadvantaged children.
- Our employees supported Ukrainian children living in Bulgaria by donating warm winter clothes.
- TSD participated in an Easter charitable initiative of the Troyan Municipality and provided food packages to local elderly people.
- We helped the flood victims from the Karlovo area by purchasing and donating blankets and pillows to the affected households.
- We supported the local school competitions Clement‘s Days by providing prizes for the winners.
- TSD initiated support for the local football talents by starting a monthly sponsorship for the Chavdar Troyan football club.
- And more donations and support to local social, educational, and cultural institutions.
This annual recognition motivates our team further to continue being socially engaged and caring by supporting significant causes, thus serving as a good example to others and contributing to the well-being of everyone.
