Back in 2007, the story of TSD began with two people in a small shelter in the provincial town of Troyan, Bulgaria. Throughout the years, the great enthusiasm, hard work, and determination led to the sustainable organic growth of TSD. From a small business with one exclusive client, today, TSD has transformed into a mid-sized company with more than 15 years of industry expertise, multiple global clients across 5 continents, its own product line, 80 experienced professionals, and 3 office locations.

TSD celebrates its 15^th anniversary this July, and we are more than excited to share with you some of our most recent achievements, memorable moments, and interesting events from the past year.

Our Latest News and Achievements

Several significant for the history of TSD events have taken place over the past months. Indisputably, the natural establishment of TSD Group – a group of companies with an IT focus, consisting of the holding company TSD Group, Ltd and the subsidiary companies TSD Services, Ltd and TSD Software, Ltd is an essential part of our business expansion.

Along with our recent accomplishments is the official market release of Hydrogen, a fully customizable BPM software platform developed by TSD Software.

Throughout a year filled with various business development opportunities, TSD immersed in the field of game development by starting a new strategic collaboration with the Topia Bros startup and its flagman project – the CastleTopia game.

It has been an honor for TSD Services to be recognized by Clutch as one of Bulgaria’s Top Staff Augmentation Services Providers for 2022 and Bulgaria’s Top IT Services Providers for 2022. TSD Services has also ranked among Bulgaria’s 50 best IT employers by the Career Show Index.

Furthermore, we received a Responsible Company – Responsible Employees Silver Honor Mark for the continuous and enthusiastic donations to various year-round social and charitable initiatives throughout 2021.

As a socially responsible company dedicated to supporting diverse causes, the TSD team contributed to a greener environment by carrying out an afforestation campaign and planting 50 winter oak trees and 50 sycamore trees next to Yavorova Laka hut, near the village of Cherni Osam.

Motivated to inspire those in need with hope for brighter times, the TSD team purchased and donated heating appliances to the cultural center for retired people in Troyan, which will be extremely useful during the cold season.

On Children’s Day, TSD initiated a monthly sponsorship in support of the Chavdar Troyan Football Club and encouraged the young talents to continue actively playing sports. We have also started providing marketing and PR services aimed at achieving professional online positioning of the football club.

Dedicated to supporting local sports and athletes, TSD signed an updated sponsorship agreement with which we have doubled our monthly funding for the Chavdar Troyan Basketball Club.

We cannot miss mentioning the latest major success of the world champion in ski orienteering and our fellow citizen, Stanimir Belomazhev, whom we enthusiastically support. He has stepped on the highest podium stage, winning gold at the 2022 World Ski Orienteering Championship in Kemi-Keminmaa, Finland.

Anniversary Celebration

TSD celebrated its 15-year milestone by organizing an exciting team-building weekend in the Elena Balkan. Together, we spent three unforgettable days filled with positive emotions and entertaining activities. The team went on a hike to the Valchan Voyvoda Memorial Complex and visited the nearby Bulgarian “Stonehenge”. A barbecue lunch was organized, and we had the chance to prepare delicious burgers ourselves. Our colleagues put in creativity and diligence, and we can genuinely say that the lunch experience was adorable. The main event at the anniversary team building was a dinner reception with a pre-arranged engaging program. It was a memorable weekend that further contributed to the cohesion of the team and the inclusion of our new employees and interns.
