TSD Announces the Establishment of TSD Group

TSD Services and TSD Software Are Now Part of TSD Group

BULGARIA, June 15th, 2021 – TSD today announced the establishment of TSD Group – a group of companies with an IT focus, consisting of the holding company TSD Group, Ltd and the subsidiary companies TSD Services, Ltd and TSD Software, Ltd.

This structural change has reflected the accelerated growth of the company, representing the next major step in its corporate evolution. It has come as a natural continuation of the expansion of our two fields of operation – provision of IT outsourcing services and development of software products.

The reorganization will allow us to achieve well-divided and efficient accountability, ownership, and responsibility of our separate business lines.

TSD Group currently has two divisions, each specialized in a different activity:

TSD Services, Ltd is focused on operations related to the IT outsourcing services, which the company has been continuously providing to numerous global clients for more than 14 years.

TSD Software, Ltd specializes in software product development. We established this subsidiary company as a result of the increasingly felt need to create more software products of our own. Part of this business line are our Relativity-based applications and software support services, as well as our business process management software platform – Hydrogen.

TSD will continue to operate from its headquarters based in Troyan, Bulgaria, and its offices in Sofia and Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

What will remain unchanged after the structural modifications are our strong corporate values, principles, and customer-centric approach to which we have been dedicated for over 14 years. What we expect to reach following the changes made are fresh business perspectives and new doors opened.
