Summer 2023 at TSD was a season to remember, full of excitement and energy. What made it so special was the two engaging TSD challenges that got the whole team buzzing with enthusiasm.
“Step Bravely” Challenge for the Highest Number of Steps
For the third consecutive year, we encouraged our colleagues to get their feet moving and embrace a healthier lifestyle. The TSD “Step Bravely” challenge aimed at pushing all employees to take as many steps as possible during the summer months. All participants were equipped with smart watches, fitness trackers, and mobile apps, so that they could track their daily steps and compete.
It was great to see how our colleagues strive to achieve their step goals through various activities like long walks, hikes, and even dancing. The challenge not only stimulated physical well-being, but also strengthened the bonds between the team members as they motivated each other to keep moving and not giving up.
Our “Step Bravely” competition had ten winners who took remarkable prizes. The first place went to a dedicated colleague who made the astonishing 2,411,316 steps during the sunny season. The other nine top performers also received great rewards, which made this challenge even more exciting and contested.
“Nature, TSD, and I” Challenge for Spending Time in Nature
This year, TSD decided to challenge our tech-savvy team to rediscover their connection with nature and experience the power and inspiration it can bring. Armed with cameras, our colleagues embarked on quests to capture TSD’s unique branded materials. From magnificent forests to tranquil streams, hidden beaches, and breathtaking volcanoes, all of them created captivating collages and videos that presented their unforgettable moments during the summer.
The competition ended with three winners who were carefully chosen through an internal survey with the help of the collective voice of our colleagues and the Hydrogen platform. But what is a contest without rewards? TSD presented prizes to the three most liked videos and stimulated the creators to keep their creativity.
We are happy that our “Nature, TSD, and I” challenge not only reignited our bond with nature but also showcased the incredible synergy between our tech-driven world and the serenity of the outdoors.
