Creating a Culture of Recognition: The TSD Approach

TSD has implemented a recognition program with the aim of recognizing and rewarding employees who go above and beyond their regular job responsibilities. We are very enthusiastic about providing this opportunity to our colleagues. All of them will be able to receive attractive prizes by collecting points for carrying out various activities. From free audiobook subscriptions to vouchers for well-known stores, the TSD employees have appealing prize options to choose from after gathering the necessary points. The activities that will bring them higher results are related to various HR, PR, and Corporate Social Responsibility endeavors.

Representatives of those TSD departments worked hard to create a list of diverse activities for our colleagues to be rewarded for. We are thrilled that the program has been launched and that all TSD employees can access it. The even more exciting thing is that performing different activities is not the only way to get more awards. All our colleagues will receive additional points as a present for their birthdays and when attending a company team-building event. What a great way to get incentives, isn’t it?
