MaxBilling for Relativity

Dear Relativity and RelativityOne customers,

Taken over by the holiday spirit, we are also celebrating the fact that the final MaxBilling release for 2020 is now here! The latest app version comes with a number of useful additions such as new pricing types, processing enhancements, and more.

A new year’s beginning is always an opportune time to explore new possibilities and technology solutions that would help boosting your business productivity throughout the year while at the same time generating savings for your organization.

Still dealing with the repetitive manual billing cycle in the Relativity platform? MaxBilling can turn into a practical holiday present for you and your team!

Take a look at the latest additions from the new MaxBilling 4.2 release below and be quick to request your free product demo to find out exactly how MaxBilling can support your organization, starting by automating your billing and invoicing operations in Relativity and RelativityOne.

New Pricing Types: Client and Matter Overlay/Overwrite

New Pricing Types “Specific Clients” and “Specific Matters” are now available in your billing Profile within MaxBilling. These additions allow you to create Overlay/Overwrite Pricings for an entire Client/Matter instead of selecting the corresponding workspaces one by one. The workspaces, which are created at a later point, will be considered automatically.

MaxBilling 4.2Processing: Enhanced Reporting Rules and Price Options

All Processing Sets statuses are now considered for reporting purposes based on the completion date and time of Inventory, Discovery, and Publish phases. Until now, MaxBilling considered the published Processing Sets only.

Separate prices based on workspaces storage type – Review or Repository – can be set for each Processing billing item in your Profile. The prices will be applied accordingly during the report generation.

What to Expect in the Next MaxBilling Release?

New year, more new features to come. Our MaxBilling team is working on implementing new billing items into the app – Structured Analytics Document Count and Structured Analytics Document Size, which will be available to you in early 2021. We will also provide advanced options for setting up usage thresholds on a workspace basis.
