Dear Relativity and RelativityOne customers,

Did you know that you have the power to charge for basically anything in and outside of Relativity?

Do you have multiple clients within one Relativity instance?

Except for easily billing your clients in the platform, you are now provided with the cutting-edge opportunity to bill for sub-clients and client domains. Find out details by reading below.

Automated Billing Workflow in Relativity and More

MaxBilling is the optimal billing solution in Relativity which automates the full billing lifecycle in the platform starting from collecting statistics and providing detailed reports to generating customized invoices for different clients.

The application offers the opportunity of not only automating your billing workflow for Relativity, but it additionally helps you visualize and understand utilization data for the platform, access out-of-the-box reporting, optimize your cost management, and also provides advanced ROI increase options.

But can we go deeper in terms of billing in Relativity? How about the individual reporting and billing needs of your clients and the clients of your clients?

The Power of MaxBilling Can Now be Used by Your Clients as Well

Have you ever wondered if you could charge on a sub-client and client domain level in Relativity and RelativityOne? The latest revolutionary feature of MaxBilling has made that possible!

The most recent news around our billing app is that it can now be installed on multiple workspaces within a Relativity instance, meaning that the separate clients of your instance are provided with the chance to utilize the functionality of MaxBilling as well. For example, if you have several clients within one Relativity instance and you are using MaxBilling to bill them, but they would like to receive access to billing reporting information for their own data usage as well as to bill their sub-clients, this now happens easily with MaxBilling.

MaxBilling now allows each of your clients to securely generate their own multiple independent billing reports in Relativity based on their individual usage amounts, without accessing billing information regarding other clients.

The new MaxBilling Configuration option provides you with the great convenience and flexibility to set the scope of the app’s installation, specifying for which client or several separate clients you want the installation to work, and more.
